Cancellation and Return

  1. Cancellation Policy
    1. The cancellation request can be raised by mailing at info@petriot.in before getting the dispatch message. The request will be processed within 24 working hours.
    2. You can also cancel the order within 48 hours of the order being placed by mailing at info@petriot.in.
    3. If you raised the cancellation after receiving the dispatch message, the same will be confirmed within 5 working days.
  2. Returns Policy
    1. Products to be returned within 10 days of receiving the shipment
    2. You can return any product that you have received as long as:
      • You have the physical copy of the customer invoice
      • All its original packaging and accessories, dust bags, authenticity label(s) attached to the product and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered are intact.
      • The product is unused and in original condition
    3. Petriot won’t be liable to exchange products on the grounds of size. The size chart is particularly mentioned to help reduce this hassle.
    4. It’s a condition of purchase that customers should return the product on their own cost and expenses. Petriot shall not in any way be liable for the same.
    5. All Products will have to be sent back with the sole responsibility of the buyer. Petriot will not be held responsible for damages occurred during returns.
    6. Petriot holds all the authority to update and change its cancelation and return policies. Also Price of Petriot product, services, delivery and other charges displayed on the website are for the current time, but may changes at any time without notice.
    7. Petriot use its best efforts to resolve any dispute regarding purchase of any Petriot product. The applicable law will govern to any dispute that might arise between you and Petriot or its dealee, agent, representative or its employee.

  3. Refund Policy
    1. Refund to be offered only in case of damaged products.
    2. After mutual agreement of refund of payment, Petriot shall reverse the payment in the same mode the customer has paid.
    3. In the event, if the COD servicing company denies to return back, Petriot shall issue a cheque of the amount in favour of the Customer. Such refund shall be fulfilled in 7 working days from the date of mutual agreement.
